HONOLULU (Feb. 25) -- Most of the nearly 3,500 restaurants, bakeries and butcher shops on Hawaii's most populous island face the costly prospect of grease-trap upgrades or fines because of Oahu's failure to meet federal limits on waste-water discharge.
