Search Tip

Using the Fields: The Winery Search page contains a form which asks you for some information. If you enter text in a field, then any winery whose corresponding field matches all or part of that text will be displayed. Example: Enter "San" for the "City", and wineries in "San Francisco", "Santa Barbara", "San Carlos", etc. will all be displayed. If you leave a field blank, then it won't have an effect on the search. Example: Don't enter a "State" and which state a particular winery is in won't determine whether or not it is displayed. Entering text in more than one field narrows down the search. Example: Enter "CA" for the "State", and all California wineries will be displayed. Enter "Mount" for the "Name", and all wineries whose names contain "Mount" will be displayed. Enter "CA" for the "State" and "Mount" for the "Name" and only wineries whose names contain "Mount" that are in California will be displayed. What the Fields Mean: Business Name: The name of the business. Brand name: The name of the manufacture brand. Location: The location of the business. First field: The city. Second field: The state (abbreviated). Third field: The country. The Results: The results may contain any of the following information: Business Name Street, City and State Address and Zip Code Phone Number If they are open to the public, by appointment or with regular hours, and what the hours are. Whether they charge for visits, and how much. Their website and e-mail addresses.
