I don't have a computer at my restaurant, can I still receive orders placed online?
Yes, absolutely! If you do not have a computer or access in your restaurant or home, you can still benefit from MenuUSA's online ordering feature, because all you need to do is prepare for the orders we send you through telephone or fax confirmation. All the online orders from diners are processed by MenuUSA, and therefore your restaurant can operate like you normally do, only with a lot more orders!

I noticed that an email is required to register as a member at MenuUSA, but I don't have one, what should I do?
An email address is used as the User Name at MenuUSA.com as well as your MenuUSA ID, this is required so we can email you the confirmation of the registration. It is also used as the User Name for its uniqueness since everyone has a different email address. If you do not have an email address, you may set up a free email account at MenuUSA.com or other free email service providers.

My restaurant do not have delivery service, is that ok?
You do not have to have a delivery service for your restaurant. Diners can either pick up the orders at your restaurant or the food can be delivered by a third party
delivery service upon your agreement.

What if I don't have Internet access at the restaurant or home?
You can still enjoy the member benefits even if you don’t have Internet access at your restaurant. You can update or access your account anywhere and anytime. If you don’t have Internet access at all, we can post menu items and other files for you. Please contact us for more details at member@menuusa.com.

What are the username and password for?
Username and password are established at MenuUSA.com to protect your account and your privacy. A username is a valid email address, and a password is a combination of letters and numbers.

What are online forums?
Online forums are discussion groups of specific topics. You may post a question, problem, suggestion, or any other type of discussion and replies in the forums. These forums are open to public and absolutely free to use, you can utilize it as a communication tool with your customers.

What is a Chat room?
Chat rooms are also discussion forums except it has real time conversations. It is a place where users online can communicate by typing messages to each other or to others in the chat room. All the users in the chat room can read the messages posted. At MenuUSA.com, different chat rooms are established for specific topics of discussion. Online Ordering

What are the fees involved in the online ordering?
We charge a fee of $1 per successful transaction processed for the restaurant. An additional $1 charge is applied if the transaction needs to be confirmed through telephone. And the bank electronic transaction fee is applied for online orders paid online. No fees are applied for unsuccessful transactions.

First customer places the orders online at MenuUSA.com. We then receive the orders and notify the restaurant either by email, fax or telephone. Restaurant prepares the orders and can have the customers pick up the ordered items at the restaurant; deliver them by restaurant¡¦s existing service; deliver by third party delivery service; or mail them through MenuUSA.com¡¦s delivery service (UPS) for mail order items. Restaurant receives the payment either from MenuUSA.com¡¦s reimbursement or from diner directly.

What is online order processing?
Online order processing takes place when customers order online from your restaurant for the menu items or mail order items you have posted online at your website.

What is an unsuccessful transaction?
A successful transaction is completed as diners successfully received the ordered items and paid accordingly. Unsuccessful transactions are transactions not complete due to causes by diners, MenuUSA.com and/or restaurant.
a. MenuUSA.com uses the delivery service of UPS. The charges are as followi.
i. Ground Service (5-7 days) $3.99
ii. 2-day service $10.75
iii. Next day service $18.75b.
If you do have your own shipping and handling charges, you can list the items in section of the website where online order is not available, so customers can place orders by contacting you directly.

How long do I have to stay in the Membership once I sign up?
We want to provide to you the best and most convenient services, that's why our restaurant membership is a monthly contract. Which means you may change or upgrade your membership monthly, and if you do not specify the termination of the contract, we will automatically renew your membership every month. There are absolutely no obligations involved in the memberships.

I don't have a scanner, how do I put my photos online?
If you do not
have a scanner or access to scan a photo into your computer, you may contact
us and have us do the job for you. You can also go to nearby copy stores that
provides the scanning service
What are online rating and reservation?

Customers can rate your restaurant online and give a score between 1 and 5 on a variety of categories, such as food, wine, service and price. These ratings are shown next to your restaurant in the search result.
Online reservations are processed as customers send reservation request at your restaurant to MenuUSA, we than confirm with you for availability.
What are the bank charges?

MenuUSA's current contracted banks charges are as follow:
a. American Express, Discover, Bank Debit-3.5%;
b. Visa/MasterCard: 2.5%;MenuUSA will make efforts to ensure lowest possible charge rate by the merchant banks but has no guaranteed and/or control over these charges. These charges are fully determined and charged by the contracted merchant bank and therefore are subject to change between orders.
