How do I order online or search for products?

You can first search for the restaurants by zip, city or phone number or detail search by cuisine type, restaurant type and other combinations of features. Once you have selected the restaurant, you may view the list of menu items, and select the number of cuisines or items to order online. If you wish to shop from our participating suppliers, you may search through our product lists or browse on our supplier site to order online.
How do I pay for the items?

You can either pay by credit card or debit card online, or pay directly to restaurants depending upon the restaurants’ payment method.
How do I receive my ordered goods?

You may either pick them up at the participating restaurants or have them delivered by the restaurants. If you do not select the deliver preference, the default method is picking up.

What happens after I check out?

After you have completed the online order process. You will receive a call from the restaurant confirming the transaction. You can then pick up or be delivered of the ordered items.
What is a shopping cart?

A shopping cart contains the number of items you have selected to order online, it is empty when you first login to the account. You can review your shopping cart while you browse online and it will still keep track of the items you have selected.
When do I check out?

You can check out when you finish shopping, when you click on “check out”, you will then be asked to enter your username and password to login. Once you sign in, you will verify the delivery information and payment information to complete the online order process.
