Started as a restaurant owner, writer and publisher of seven Restaurant Management books; founder of the free monthly magazine “ Chinese Restaurant News” for every American Restaurants in the states, now a total of 35,779 subscribers; founder of SBS(Smart Business Solutions) in 1994, extensive expertise in E-publishing, direct mail, database marketing, and strategic website development combining strategic concept and design skills

Senior Engineering Director - Guo Hui Huang

Graduated from Laney College, California in computer science field; experienced webmaster for SBS Inc from 1996-1999; extensive knowledge in Window 3.x, Window 95/98, NT server 4.0, Administrator, Hardware design, and network wiring; software expertise in HTML, ASP, SQL database publishing. Huang is responsible for building the operational and technical infrastructure that will support MenuUSA's growth and customer objectives within and across the MenuUSA's network.

Multimedia Producer Vera J. Zhang

Graduated From University of California, Berkeley. Obtained BA degree in Practice of Art, minor in Computer Science. Extensive knowledge and experience in graphical software,and multimedia editing tools. Zhang is responsible for the content development and design of MenuUSA.

Senior Programming Director - Shi Chun Sheng

Obtained master degree from University of Idaho. Expertise in Oracle 7.3 DBA, Certification of Completion SQL Windows, CAN, certified NetWare 3.1x Administrator. Extensive knowledge in Visual C++, Visual Basic, Visual J++, Developer/2000, SQL Windows 5.0, Delphi, Oracle 7.3, MS SQL Server 6.5, DB2/400, MS Access, FoxPro 2.6, and Clipper 5.0. Experience using Window95/NT, NetWare 3.12, HP-UX 9.0, IBM VM/CMS, AS/400. Project production include Oracle RDBMS and Oracle Financial installation and customization, development of Signature Retrieve Program, AutoDial program, and Web based automatic job and contract posting program.
